Love radian
Work every day, in the area we live in, I can always see such a phenomenon: a middle-aged couple helped each other, and not be slow to take a walk around the community, around a circle, not intermittently walked. Tall and sturdy man, woman dwarf its one. Man on the right stiff walk, probably cerebral complications, the woman with its left side. Interestingly, the woman carrying his hands back to form an arc at the elbow, just to accommodate a large man's hand Necklace online, this big hand firmly resting on here, such as the screw cap is screwed onto the screws, not loose not tight, can not afford not to fall, just right. They walked this way, a consistent pace, pace unified, harmonious people almost do not see the man's right foot was in fact dragged away.
Both straight ahead, eyes firm, never to see each other a mutual, nor any verbal communication (in fact the man had not speak). So they walked, no eye contact, no verbal communication, but, at this moment, have given their hearts together and write a song a song in my heart singing, passionate love after years of washing into thick family, inseparable family condensed into Needless to bother understanding, only this can only be unspeakable understanding to play the harmony sound wonderful.
Experienced tremendous changes, ordinary people suffer unbearable pressure, after the storm, be ushered in safe and healthy. It is said that when the man fell ill just one move can not move Ergonomic chair, almost as a vegetable. Women did not give up, insisted persisted, with her weak body to resist a huge disaster. After the storm, and rainbow. Now, the woman's face is calm and relaxed after vicissitudes, is surviving pleasant happy, both with a faint smile, both leisurely, both satisfied and comfortable.
Year after year, so they walked, if not bad weather, nothing can stop their footsteps, they are extending the pace does not stop with his own happiness. Unchanging pace, rigid posture, unchanging expression, they constitute a mobile landscape, they formed a beautiful picture: the sun is red, one high and one low, office furniture accompanied Xiangxie, playing at the elbow at a knot, this ties the two firmly together. Elbow at the shine, it is a reflection of the love of the arc of dazzling brilliance, it is silent vows of love: never separated.
Think nowadays love fast food, think of the years of love building business will not have a house collapsed on the issue, think of "heartless" by the treachery of the first wife, grass is always greener ...... remembered the old vows: Jun as a rock, as a concubine pampas grass; hold your hand, and grow old ...... time goes by, the flow does not go into a family already love. Without any language, in between the laughter of a help of a walk, the curvature of the interpretation of love hearts understanding: never betray.

World leaders
Government leaders and royalty will gather in the Belgian city of Liege on Monday to mark the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War I, a small Balkans conflict that went global with the German invasion of neutral Belgium in August 1914.
Liege, a gritty industrial hub in the east of the country built on coal mining and steel, was the Germans' first obstacle.
Its short but ferocious resistance remains a source of Belgian pride to this day, causing just enough of a delay to derail Germany's quick-victory war plans.
Reduced to rubble, Liege paid heavily for its sacrifice, but its bravery was such that France awarded the city the prestigious Legion d'Honneur.
It was the German invasion of Belgium that formally brought Britain into the war Amethyst earrings, the last link in a chain of interlocking alliances that were meant to preserve the peace but instead plunged Europe into the abyss.
"The lamps are going out all over Europe. We shall not see them lit again in our time," lamented British foreign secretary Sir Edward Grey as Berlin rejected London's ultimatum to respect Belgian neutrality on August 4.
The rest is history -- 10 million troops dead, 20 million injured, millions of civilian victims, empires toppled, the world remade.
The main ceremony on Monday in Liege is at the Allied War Memorial of Cointe, overlooking the city where a tower complex sits beside a weathered grey-stone church with a massive cupola, streaked green and brown after many years.
Tight security
Security is tight with public access limited hair transplant, so the authorities have put up giant screens in the city centre for people to follow the ceremony.
Belgium's King Philippe will deliver an initial address, followed by French President Francois Hollande, German President Joachim Gauck, Britain's Prince William and Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo.
On Sunday, the 100th anniversary of Germany's declaration of war on France, Hollande and Gauck remembered 30,000 soldiers killed fighting over the rocky peak of Hartmannswillerkopf, in the French border province of Alsace.
Sharing a common theme, they recalled the sacrifices made but also celebrated their countries' friendship and the reconstruction of Europe after World War II.
"France and Germany, beyond their suffering and bereavements, had the courage to make up -- it was the best way to honour the dead and provide a guarantee of peace to the living," Hollande said.
Such reconciliation was a lesson for all, he added, citing current conflicts in Gaza, Ukraine and beyond nu skin hk.
First British death
After Liege, the focus turns late Monday to Mons on the French border, scene of a do-or-die rearguard action by the first British troops committed to the war as London and Paris scrambled to prevent a German breakthrough in late August.
Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, along with Prince Harry and Prime Minister David Cameron will lead the tributes in Mons where the first British soldier died nu skin.
It was here, too, that the last British soldier was killed on November 11, 1918, the very day of the Armistice that ended hostilities after four bloody years.

Military base
Little Rock Air Force Base went on lockdown Wednesday amid reports of a suspicious person, though military officials have offered few details about the incident.
No one is allowed to enter or leave the base during the lockdown flower arrangement, which began at 11:45 a.m. Spokeswoman Lt. Mallory Thornton said the base took the step "in the interest of protecting all base members." People who live on base were urged to stay indoors, and visitors were asked to not come to the front gate.
Thornton declined to provide further information about what led to the lockdown, saying more information will be released later Wednesday. Gates allowing access to the base were closed and a line of vehicles stretched for a quarter-mile outside of the base , which is located about 15 miles northeast of Little Rock.
Emergency crews were on the scene, and sirens could be heard over loudspeakers outside the base's entrance. The base had been conducting emergency response exercises, but officials said Wednesday's incident was not part of the drill alexander hera wedding.

Switch the crisis
For signs that General Motors Co's ignition switch crisis may be fading, look no farther than the quiet annual meeting this week.
A total of 29 shareholders attended, and not one asked about the defect linked to at least 13 deaths and the recall of 2.6 million cars. The only acknowledgement of the crisis inside the meeting was from shareholders who complimented CEO Mary Barra. Outside, a handful of protesters were outnumbered by media nuskin hk.
Months after announcing the recall, GM faces major hurdles, including reaching a settlement with victims and their families, legislators eager to grill Barra a second time and calling for new safety laws, and criminal probes by several states and the U.S. Department of Justice.
GM's costs so far are close to $2 billion, and it faces the potential for billions more in civil and criminal legal settlements if the experience of rival Toyota Motor Corp in its own massive recall is a guide.
But car sales are rising, and last week's internal report on why GM took more than a decade to recall the defective part placated many by acknowledging shortcomings at the company without uncovering major new problems. Wall Street applauded the report nuskin hk, including Buckingham Research which titled a note to clients, "A New Beginning".
Thomas Campbell, head of the crisis management team at the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, represented one of the companies involved in the Gulf oil spill and said GM was taking decisive action after a slow start. The internal report and hiring of lawyer Kenneth Feinberg to set up a victims fund signaled GM was serious about addressing its problems.
“The government tends to involve itself in any situation more deeply if a company isn’t taking care of the issues on its own. The current steps that GM has taken have shown that it is ready and willing to take these kinds of actions,” he said.
Barra herself apologized again on Tuesday for the suffering caused by the faulty switch but focused on the future.
"I am optimistic about where we are and where the company is heading," Barra told shareholders, who overwhelmingly approved compensation plans for executives that could net Barra millions.
GM shares are up nearly 3 percent since early February, when the first reports hit of the recalls. Stock researcher Starmine, a Thomson Reuters company, estimates GM's intrinsic stock value over the next decade at $64.35 a share, versus a close of $36.40 on Tuesday, and about 71 percent of analysts who track the stock rate it a "strong buy" or "buy."
Many are focusing on GM's continued strong U.S. sales, which rose 13 percent in May. That was the No. 1 U.S. automaker's best monthly total since before the U.S. recession. GM this year has recalled globally about as many cars as are sold in the United States in a year, but dealers say consumers are not put off. Some drivers of recalled cars are buying new GM cars.
Excluding $1.7 billion in charges for the ignition switch recall and other recalls, overall profits this year may top expectations, Barra said last week, citing profitable or improving operations in the United States, China and Europe.
NEXT STEPS
The next test for GM is the establishment of the compensation fund for victims of the faulty switch and their families. Feinberg, the architect of programs for victims of high-profile catastrophes like the Sept. 11 attacks, is working on guidelines that will determine who qualifies and how much they will be paid. Barra expects the fund to begin accepting claims on Aug. 1.
Consumer-safety advocates, including the Center for Auto Safety, had previously called upon GM to set aside at least $1 billion to cover claims. Buckingham analyst Joseph Amaturo predicted the ultimate cost would be "immaterial" given GM's financial heft Dream beauty pro hard sell.
How GM handles that process will be key to putting some of the ill will toward the company behind it, plaintiffs attorneys and crisis experts said.
One such lawyer, Robert Hilliard, said the company is failing to follow through on its contrition in court cases, fighting efforts to set aside older settlements reached before the switch problem became public. That kind of attitude would hurt GM’s reputation, he said.
“They’re talking the talk, but they’re not walking the walk,” said Hilliard, who added that he was “very skeptical” that a GM program would give victims fair compensation for injuries or death.
Hilliard, however, was among several plaintiffs' lawyers approached by GM and one of the first Feinberg called on to discuss the case.
GM declined to respond specifically to Hilliard's comments, saying the company had hired Feinberg in order to treat victims fairly.
Time may be on GM's side in many of the investigations and court cases with potentially big price tags.
It took three years for Toyota Motor Corp to settle litigation from customers who said a massive recall caused their cars to lose value. In late March, Toyota agreed to settle a Justice Department criminal probe, taking the total for the two deals to $2.8 billion. But Toyota U.S. sales showed no obvious sign of harm, rising 13 percent in April and 17 percent in May
The Justice Department also could press charges against individuals, if it found any evidence of wrongdoing.
Congress, distracted by elections, may have difficulty changing auto safety legislation, even if Barra, who testified in April, is asked to return.
Heads of committees in the House of Representatives and Senate expressed dismay last week with the findings of the internal report, which cleared senior executives of fault. They promised an aggressive second round of hearings sometime this summer.
Senate Democrats are clamoring for a legislative response to GM's botched response to a safety issue, nuskin hk and House Energy and Commerce Chairman Fred Upton, a Republican, has left open the possibility of a bill to clamp down on the auto industry.
But with so few legislative days left this year because members of Congress are campaigning for re-election, it is unclear whether any legislation actually could make it to the finish line. One opportunity for possibly moving a measure later this year would be if it was attached to a must-do highway funding bill.
"Barra has done a nice job so far in public, in front of Congress," said Carl Tobias, professor at the University of Richmond School of Law. "It’s a terrible assignment and she’s doing what she can."

The math problem
Dad with engineering degree calls math problems "ridiculous" in viral rant, just as Indiana drops the Common Core. Ouch.
Common Core, this is not your week. First you get publicly dumped by the entire state of Indiana, then a dad with an engineering degree calls your math strategy “ridiculous” in a viral Facebook post. The frustrated father pointed out that if anyone at his job approached a problem in the way he’s saying is recommended by the Common Core, they’d be fired. This is embarrassing, considering the program was designed as a set of national curriculum standards that would teach kids the skills they need for real-world careers. The post has almost 6,000 likes, nuskin hk and has been shared over 61,000 times on TheBlaze.com.
On Monday, Indiana became the first state to officially give up on the Common Core. Governor Mike Pence’s decision was seen as a victory for conservatives who believe the national standards dilute state’s power to determine local school curriculum. “I believe our students are best served when decisions about education are made at the state and local level,” Pence said in a statement. “By signing this legislation, Indiana has taken an important step forward in developing academic standards that are written by Hoosiers, for Hoosiers, and are uncommonly high, and I commend members of the General Assembly for their support.”
The new law doesn’t radically change Indiana’s curriculum, it just strikes any mention of the “Common Core” and asks the state’s board of education to adopt new standards that correspond to national and international college-readiness expectations. Oklahoma is also taking steps to create a state curriculum that resembles the Common Core (for testing purposes) but doesn’t use the name.
Backlash against the Common Core has been especially fervent in conservative states. There’s been fierce opposition in states like South Carolina, where Governor Nikki Haley said, “They’re still trying to put us all in one basket, Secondary School and we’re not to be put in one basket.”
Secretary of Education Arne Duncan antagonized parents and gave fuel to the opposition late last year when he said that the anti-Common Core movement was mostly “white suburban moms who — all of a sudden — their child isn’t as brilliant as they thought they were, and their school isn’t quite as good as they thought they were nu skin,” for which he later apologized.
But the real problem may be parents like Jeff Severt, the engineering degree dad whose detailed criticism of what he says was a Common Core designed math question, was about the recommended strategy, not his child’s score. Severt, who said on Glenn Beck’s show that he had a “meltdown” trying to help his son with the math assessment that asked students to use a complicated number line strategy to solve a simple subtraction problem. The assignment was to find the error and then write a letter to him telling the errant student how to use the number line method solve the problem. Severt’s response is below:
“Dear Jack,
Don’t feel bad. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering which included extensive study in differential equations and other higher math applications. Even I cannot explain the Common Core Mathematics approach, Combination House nor get the answer correct. In the real world, simplification is valued over complication. Therefore:
427 – 316 = 111
The answer is solved in under 5 seconds: 111. The process used is ridiculous and would result in termination if used.

Yikes.

Sue the school
PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - The U.S. government sued Philadelphia's school district for religious discrimination on Wednesday for demanding that a veteran Muslim police officer trim his beard.
The suit, filed in U.S. District Court by the Department of Justice, said the nation's eighth-largest school district passed a grooming policy in 2010 that mandated beards on police and security officers be no longer than one-quarter of an inch (6.35 mm).
The officer in question, Siddiq Abu-Bakr, nu skin keeps an untrimmed beard longer than one-quarter of an inch in adherence to his Islamic faith, the suit said.
Grooming policies that conflict with religious practice have been an issue in institutions in other parts of the country. The Pentagon decided in January to ease rules on beards and turbans in the U.S. Army.
The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to decide whether prison officials in Arkansas may prohibit inmates from growing beards in accordance with their religious beliefs.
In the Philadelphia case, Abu-Bakr has maintained an untrimmed beard for his 27 years with the district "without evidence that the maintenance of an uncut beard has interfered with his job performance nuskin hong kong," a Justice Department statement said.
The statement said that when Abu-Bakr told his supervisor that he could not cut his beard because of his beliefs, he was issued a written reprimand.
Abu-Bakr, who is still with the district, filed a charge of religious discrimination with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The government's lawsuit is seeking an injunction that would force the district to develop new cardinal manchester, non-discriminatory grooming policies. It also seeks unspecified damages.
A representative for the school district was not immediately available for comment. The district employs 16,827 people.

How will we respond to rely on youth
The HSE has stated that due to the lack of funding and staffing in Stewarts Hospital in Dublin there will be no place for their highly-dependent teens in day care from September due to their age. The 11 teenagers currently receive physiotherapy, occupational therapy, Set up Business in Hong Kong education, and one-to-one training at the Stewarts Hospital’s day centre five days a week. This article is from a parent affected by the cuts who says they will not be able to cope if this is implemented. He writes:
I AM THE father of two girls both of whom have just reached the age of 18 and graduated from Stewarts Hospital in Dublin.
They both have a condition called Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome, a chromosomal abnormality resulting in profound intellectual and physical disability. While the girls are in themselves very happy children, they are totally dependent in every way on others to have their needs met.
They cannot eat or drink and have to be PEG fed. They cannot walk or talk or do anything for themselves, cannot dress themselves. They are incontinent and wear nappies all the time. They have a lot of problems with their joints and cannot weight bear. They both have Epilepsy. One has been seizure-free for a number of years, while my other daughter’s seizures have started up again.
We love our children
In telling you all this, I am not putting on the poor mouth and saying: “Pity me”. Rather, they are my children and my wife and I are happy to live with our responsibility to look after them and give them the best life possible formation of company.
They are the happiest two people I know and give us and many others so much joy and happiness. But we need help.
Providing for the girls takes an awful lot of energy and time and love. When the girls were in Stewarts School they benefitted so much from the energy of other people. They had social interactions, music, sensory experiences and much more. Their class of five or six pupils had and needed a one-to-one ratio of staff to look after them. This included a teacher, a nurse and special needs assistants (SNAs).
Time to do normal things
That time in school gave us time to do normal things like cook, wash, shop, hoover, clean, rest, work, cry and laugh – in other words, be normal – until the girls came home again.
I know the HSE has very little money to play around with and so I say thank you to them for the efforts they are making in trying to ensure all needs are met. I don’t envy the job they have to do.
Stewarts – following discussions with HSE – have offered us a part-time service which is certainly an improvement on no service Income Tax Hong Kong. However it is not of any great benefit because nothing changes for the other days, the complex needs do not disappear for those days. A car with no engine will take you nowhere.
The risk of not having an appropriately staffed and resourced programme for all these children is that parents who are willing but not always able to look after their children and young adults may find themselves totally unable to do so. This summer is giving us a taste of what it is like going into the future without proper services. For some it is very difficult and nearly impossible.
Further resources need to be made available to provide a service for our children. I’m asking this of the HSE as much for our children as for ourselves.
